ABOUT ME 

I have been involved in the European cultural field for several years and my professional goal is to promote and develop contemporary cultural and artistic exchanges between the various European institutions and numerous cultural stakeholders. Aware of current European challenges, I'm interested in cross-cultural, multi-dimensional art. ​I first worked on European theater productions in several state theaters in Germany and France. The demands of these institutions taught me to be meticulous, flexible and responsive in challenging international contexts.​

 

Thanks to this experience, I have had the opportunity to work as cultural attachée and head of the Institut français Saxony-Anhalt in Germany since January 2021 and until August 2024. Thanks to my connection to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French Embassy in Germany, as well as my direct collaboration with the State Chancellery and Ministry of Culture of Saxony-Anhalt, I am currently at the heart of french-german cultural policy in Saxony-Anhalt as well as of the challenges of European cultural policy. I analyze the cultural and political priorities and develop a comprehensive strategy for the further development of our program. My task is to support and organize french-german cultural projects across a broad spectrum of topics: music, literature, art, film, theater, debate of ideas.

As head of a three-person team, I am responsible for all phases of project management. I’m also in charge of French diplomatic representation in Saxony-Anhalt on behalf of the ambassador.

Through my work, I have acquired important skills in the field of cultural policy, cultural management and cultural promotion in Germany.

My work has always been interdisciplinary and allows me to work both independently and in large teams. I am constantly in contact with numerous partners: Politicians, civil society stakeholders, artists. I can implement and coordinate various projects optimally and can also hold discussions and negotiate with different spokespersons.

​It's not enough to do things well, I want to do them even better and do my bit: I yearn for getting more concret involved in promoting innovative international cultural exchanges and want to continue organizing high-quality, committed, inclusive and international cultural events.

I bring with me a large skill of competences, a bride French-german network and the ability to represent international institutions thanks to a first experience of diplomacy. ​I speak three languages fluently (French, German and English) and had the opportunity to learn two other languages during my studies (Italian and Swedish), which is a great advantage in this field.
